Annick, modern, young, bright and dynamic, is a TV presenter and loves her world of beauty, fashion and success. She lives with her brother Henry who, in contrast, dedicates himself to the service of the poor and the sick.
Annick’s life and attitude is completely turned upside down by a young man, sick with AIDS, who approaches her for help. Besides this, her father is diagnosed with cancer. Annick initially finds herself without support, but through the Christian cell group to which her brother belongs, she learns how to face the emotional pain and fear that come with the suffering of illness. She also discovers the value of the Sacrament of the Annointing of the Sick. Annick and Henry journey through this experience of sickness and suffering and discover the deeper meaning of their social and spiritual lives.
